What you'll do:
  • Design, maintain, troubleshoot, and support audio systems across all Lakepointe Church campuses and ministry environments
  • Partner with the Central Production Pastor to execute and maintain Lakepointe's audio production strategy, standards, and systems across all campuses
  • Build, develop, and lead volunteer and contractor audio teams
  • Develop resources, systems, initiatives, and training strategies that help equip volunteers and staff to grow in the discipline of live audio production
  • Create scalable workflows and standards that help drive consistency in mix quality and audio execution across campuses
  • Assist in training volunteers and staff through hands-on development, coaching, mentorship, and practical application opportunities
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation for audio systems and workflows including input lists, patch sheets, signal flow diagrams, schematics, console files, and infrastructure documentation
  • Collaborate with campus production staff, worship leaders, IT teams, and integration partners to support weekend services, special events, and future campus initiatives
  • Help evaluate, improve, and implement future audio technologies, workflows, and infrastructure strategies across the organization

Skills & Experience you've had:
  • 3-5 years of experience designing, managing, maintaining, and supporting complex live audio systems in large-scale production environments preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience building, developing, and leading teams in live production environments preferred
  • Advanced knowledge and experience with: DiGiCo console ecosystems and infrastructure/Waves SoundGrid, Dante, MADI & Q-SYS systems knowledge/Wireless audio and RF coordination/Playback, recording, and virtual soundcheck workflows
  • Strong troubleshooting, organizational, communication, and project management skillsAbility to manage multiple campuses, systems, projects, and competing priorities simultaneously
  • Growth in technical knowledge, leadership development, and ministry leadership is required
