What You'll Do:

What You'll Bring:
  • Experience:12+ years of progressive experience in marketing strategy, media planning, digital strategy, or a related field, ideally within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or highly regulated industries.
  • Strategic Acumen:A proven track record of developing and executing commercially-driven, outcome-focused strategies that deliver measurable business results (revenue growth, customer acquisition, brand loyalty).
  • Omnichannel & Digital Expertise:Hands-on experience across paid, owned, and earned media, eCommerce, programmatic, and emerging technologies, with a deep understanding of marketing technology.
  • Data Literacy & Analytics:Ability to interpret complex data sets (first-party, third-party, media performance, financial reports) and transform them into actionable marketing strategies, including familiarity with AI-driven insights and attribution modeling.
  • Leadership & Influence:Strong leadership skills with demonstrated experience influencing C-suite executives and aligning diverse cross-functional teams.

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $90,000 to $180,000.
