Job description

The Team

ConvergeSPORTS is a product-driven business combining Deloitte's sports industry experience with proprietary data, AI-native decision intelligence, and reusable Converge capabilities. We help sports organizations grow revenue, deepen fan engagement, optimize partnerships, and improve commercial performance while operating with the focus of a product company.

Audience Extension Network is the monetization layer that helps teams and leagues reach fans beyond the arena by combining first-party fan data, partner inventory, and premium publisher reach. The product sits at the intersection of sports media, retail media, adtech, sponsorship, and data-driven audience activation.

Position Summary

ConvergeSPORTS is seeking a commercially minded Product Manager to build and scale Audience Extension Network, the platform that helps sports organizations extend their first-party fan data into premium, addressable reach beyond the arena. In this role, you will shape the product vision, translate rich fan and campaign data into compelling commercial narratives, and partner closely with product, engineering, data science, and sales to bring the offering to market. This is an opportunity to sit at the intersection of sports media, retail media, and adtech and turn audience insight into repeatable revenue for some of the biggest names in sports.

Recruiting for this role ends on 09/26/26.

Work you'll do

As the Product Manager for Audience Extension Network, you will own the product thinking behind the offering and turn it into a repeatable commercial engine - connecting the data spine, market needs, and go-to-market strategy so the business can monetize fandom more effectively.

  • Define and maintain the product roadmap for Audience Extension Network across audience curation, measurement, targeting, activation, and monetization.
  • Translate large fan, media, campaign, and partner data sets into insights, narratives, and opportunity sizing that support commercial decisions.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, design, engineering, data science, and external partners to shape requirements and prioritize product investments.
  • Support pitches, demos, executive presentations, and client workshops with clear product storytelling and strong commercial framing.
  • Build product collateral such as one-pagers, pitch decks, case studies, demo scripts, and market-facing narratives.
  • Track market, competitor, and category movement across retail media, sports media, sponsorship, and adtech and use those signals to inform roadmap choices.
  • Use feedback from clients, sponsors, publishers, and internal sellers to refine the product experience and improve commercial traction.
  • Help shape pricing, packaging, and commercialization plans so the product can be sold consistently and credibly.
  • Own backlog prioritization and product decisions in partnership with delivery teams so the product can move from concept to repeatable execution.
  • Contribute to where we show up in market by supporting marketing, networking, conferences, and broader brand-building activities.

The successful candidate would possess these skills:

  • Commercially minded, with the confidence to pitch, sell, and negotiate in front of clients, sponsors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Skilled at translating dense, data-rich findings into clear narratives that connect analytics to revenue and product decisions.
  • Comfortable operating at the intersection of product, sales, and delivery, and able to align technical and commercial priorities.
  • Entrepreneurial and resourceful, with a bias toward building repeatable, sellable product motions rather than one-off solutions.
  • Strong storyteller who can flex between executive audiences, technical teams, and external partners with equal credibility.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, product marketing, commercial strategy, media, consulting, adtech, or adjacent digital businesses.
  • Experience working with large data sets, analytics outputs, or dashboards and translating them into executive-ready narratives or product decisions.
  • Experience supporting pitches, selling, commercial conversations, or client workshops.
  • Strong understanding of retail media, audience monetization, or digital media economics.
  • Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred:

  • Experience in sports media, sponsorship, audience activation, retail media, or adtech.
  • Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, SQL, or similar tools for insight generation and executive storytelling.
  • Experience building product narratives, case studies, pricing materials, or sales enablement content.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
