POSTING FOR UNMC EMPLOYEES ONLY
Works directly with RPS director, departmental leaders, and key stakeholders, this position will be to achieve sales goals, turn prospects into clients, and mentor the account executive team. You will need to identify new leads, expand our client base, and consistently meet/exceed sales targets by cultivating and managing relationships with clients to drive revenue growth, while exceeding client expectations, including physicians, hospitals, reference laboratories and home health agencies regionally and nationally to provide laboratory testing services, and the highest level of customer service. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, appropriate initiative, independent judgment, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of the pathology laboratory landscape.
