Position OverviewThe Marketing Enablement Lead serves as a key liaison between Line of Business (LOB) Growth Marketing, Operations Excellence (Ops Ex), Customer Information Management (CIM) Technology, and Product Owners (POs). This role is responsible for translating complex audience targeting needs into scalable data solutions and business technical designs, ensuring marketing initiatives are executed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.
The successful candidate will provide strategic consultation on audience development, data requirements, and delivery planning while driving alignment across business and technology partners to support effective marketing campaigns and customer engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing Consultation
Partner with Growth Marketing and Ops Ex teams to understand complex audience targeting requirements and campaign objectives.
Establish clear delivery timelines, recommend key milestones, and provide guidance on audience readiness to support successful marketing treatment execution.
Serve as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, ensuring alignment between marketing goals, operational capabilities, and data availability.
Audience Requirements & Technical Translation
Consult with business partners to gather, evaluate, and document audience business requirements.
Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements for CIM Technology teams and Product Owners.
Develop and support business technical designs for audience creation across customer lists and CIM platforms.
Ensure audience solutions support accurate targeting, execution, compliance, and performance measurement.
CIM Data Management & Delivery
Coordinate intake, prioritization, and management of new CIM data requests.
Facilitate collaboration among business, technology, and data teams to evaluate and deliver new data capabilities.
Maintain clear documentation, requirements traceability, and stakeholder communications throughout the request lifecycle.
Monitor progress and drive timely delivery of data enhancements that support marketing and audience needs.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Act as a central point of coordination between marketing, operations, product, and technology teams.
Identify risks, dependencies, and potential impacts to campaign execution and proactively recommend solutions.

  • Enables coordinated planning, execution, and oversight across one or more functional areas to support enterprise marketing objectives. Functional scope may span strategy, planning, and change enablement; governance, risk, and control management; and channel activation. Provides structure, alignment, and direction that allow teams to operate efficiently, consistently, and in compliance with business and risk expectations.
  • Drives marketing enablement by identifying bottlenecks within marketing workflows and evaluating opportunities to improve processes, tools, and ways of working. Partners across Marketing to evaluate and improve existing processes and workflows to optimize efficiency, reduce processing time, and support effective execution. Assesses existing processes using data analysis, metrics, and process modeling to design streamlined workflows that integrate seamlessly into daytoday execution. Applies deep enablement and operational expertise and a continuous improvement mindset to strengthen planning, program delivery, and adoption of improved ways of working across the organization.
  • Ensures marketing workflows, governance routines, and tools are executed in alignment with business requirements, quality standards, PNC's risk appetite, governance expectations, and enterprise risk management framework. Acts as a subject matter expert and escalation point for operational issues, risk considerations, and crossfunctional coordination, supporting consistent application of controls and accountability. Responsible for planning, coordinating, and scheduling marketing enablement activities across Marketing teams.
  • Executes and delivers complex marketing initiatives across assigned functional areas with a focus on quality, consistency, efficiency, and risk management. Leads the execution and delivery of marketing campaigns and activation activities across multiple channels, including 1:1, physical and sales channels, by applying operational discipline, clear standards, and scalable processes to drive consistent, highquality outcomes. Embeds a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence to ensure successful execution and delivery of marketing efforts across the full range of activation channels.
  • Across all functional areas, serves as a trusted marketing enablement subject matter expert and escalation point for crossfunctional coordination, decision support, and continuous improvement initiatives. Applies deep marketing enablement expertise and a continuous improvement mindset to help marketing teams effectively leverage processes, governance routines, platforms, and tools in support of business outcomes. Fosters a culture of accountability, collaboration, and learning that enables highquality, consistent marketing delivery across strategy, governance, and activation activities.
  • When designated as a Business Owner for one or more marketing technology platforms, serves as the primary business accountable for platform strategy, activation, governance, and ongoing risk oversight. Partners with Product Owners, Technology teams, and vendor partners to ensure platforms deliver sustained business value and support operational objectives.
