Job Title: Registered Nurse Dialysis

Job Summary: The Registered Nurse Dialysis is responsible for providing comprehensive care to dialysis patients, including admission and ongoing assessments, developing care plans, implementing nursing actions, and monitoring dialysis therapy. The role involves collaboration with the Medical Director, Nurse Manager, and other unit staff, as well as leadership responsibilities such as serving as a Charge Nurse and overseeing care provided by LPNs and technical personnel. The RN will adhere to infection control policies, contribute to patient education, and demonstrate professional communication and problem-solving skills. This position requires flexibility, teamwork, and a commitment to the organization’s mission, values, and goals.

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduate of a state-approved school of nursing.
  • Current RN licensure with the applicable State Board of Nursing.
  • Minimum of 12 months of nursing care experience.
  • At least 3 months of experience providing nursing care to maintenance hemodialysis patients.
