ABOUT THIS ROLE
The Associate Manager, Creator Relations will support Audible's creator community in diverse markets around the world. This role is in the Content organization, and will work with internal stakeholders as well as independent creators - primarily authors, publishers, and narrators - to understand their goals and advocate for their needs. You will help build sustainable 1:1 creator relationships across different languages and cultures, develop creator support strategies tailored to regional needs, and serve as a bridge between international creative communities and Audible's global teams. This is a unique opportunity to shape how Audible empowers independent creators while managing high-touch relationships with emerging voices in the audio storytelling space.

You are a fast learner and entrepreneurial strategist who will master the intricacies of the business of making and distributing audiobooks while simultaneously serving as a business partner to members of the creative community. You have experience working with creators and have a solid understanding of their needs. You thrive in a highly entrepreneurial, fast-changing, and collaborative environment where people are driven, enthusiastic and not afraid to take risks. You have experience supporting creators in international markets and understand how to navigate cultural nuances in different regions.
As an Associate Manager, Creator Relations, you will...
- Build and grow creator communities through strategic relationship development, creator education, and brand awareness initiatives
- Develop comprehensive playbooks, internal processes, and operational frameworks that document best practices and enable scalable creator support programs
- Establish and manage 1:1 relationships with top-tier global creators, providing support in their native languages when possible, educating them on self-publishing fundamentals, and documenting interactions to track relationship health and inform partnership decisions
- Understand top creators' content pipeline to inform content promotion across Audible surfaces, as well as content acquisition from new and existing partners
- Work cross functionally with Content Programming, Marketing, Operations, Customer Care, Risk Management, and other internal Audible teams and content programs to ensure creator success
- Act as a trusted voice of the creator in all internal discussions pertaining to Audible's service
- Travel to support creator communities, represent the company at international conferences and creator events, meet with local communities, and identify regional opportunities
