Job description

At Audible, we believe stories have the power to transform lives. It's why we work with some of the world's leading creators to produce and share audio storytelling with our millions of global listeners. We are dreamers and inventors who come from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences to empower and inspire each other.

Imagine your future with us. ABOUT THIS ROLE We are looking for a Director, Global Product Marketing to help further grow and accelerate Audible's creator ecosystem and product offerings globally. This role is focused on building the outbound marketing blueprint for how we reach and engage creators across all channels - owning content strategy, blog, website, and email while partnering with social and channel marketing teams to ensure cohesive, integrated go-to-market execution.

You'll drive multi-channel campaigns, craft compelling product stories, and orchestrate go-to-market strategies for high-impact launches. This is a 0→1 product marketing role - you'll be involved early in the product development lifecycle, helping define how new products and features are positioned, messaged, and brought to market. You'll have the opportunity to shape the future of Audible's creator products by translating the needs of authors, publishers, narrators, and other creative stakeholders into customer-centric strategies that inform technology, content partnerships, and marketing investment.

Your work will surprise and delight the creators who bring content to our catalog across the globe. You'll contribute to defining our go-to-market strategy with an eye on expanding Audible's value proposition for creators, growing our content supply, and deepening relationships with the creative community that powers our catalog. The scope is global - you'll work across all of Audible's regions and marketplaces: North America, APAC, Europe, UK, and Brazil.

You'll collaborate with leadership across Product, Content, Country teams, Finance, Analytics, and Communications to drive high-impact launches that serve both creators and consumers. ABOUT YOU You have deep expertise in audience marketing and know how to build and execute integrated, multi-channel outbound marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and adoption. You've operated in both B2B and B2C environments and know how to tailor channel strategy, messaging, and positioning for each.

You're equally comfortable crafting messaging and positioning as you are orchestrating a full-funnel campaign across owned, earned, and paid channels. You're a generalist and an athlete - someone who can flex across audience marketing, content strategy, channel execution, and stakeholder communication. You have a passion for data-driven results, a spirit that anything is possible, and an unapologetic focus on the customer.

You thrive in a highly collaborative environment where people are driven, enthusiastic, and not afraid to take risks. Your mission (and ours) is unique: fill hearts, minds, and souls with premium audio content that entertains, informs, and enriches. As an Director, Global Product Marketing, you will...

- Define and deeply understand Audible's target audiences and champion their needs throughout the organization - gathering creator feedback, competitive intelligence, and customer insights to influence product roadmap and strategy, and owning 0→1 product marketing for creator-facing products from concept through launch and market adoption - Drive and orchestrate go-to-market strategies and oversee implementation for high-impact product and feature launches, collaborating closely with Product Managers, Country Managers, Growth Marketers, and the Content team to holistically incorporate content and product into plans that strengthen Audible's value proposition - Craft product stories to existing and prospective customers in an increasingly exciting category by creating clear and consistent propositions articulated through effective messaging - Lead the development of integrated marketing content strategies that synchronize messaging across email, social media, web, events, and other channels to deliver consistent, cohesive narratives to creator and consumer audiences - Partner with surface and channel Marketing teams to deploy GTM plans, and guide cohesive messaging strategy across outbound and inbound marketing channels - Communicate business plans and marketing strategy to senior leadership - Partner with the Communications team to craft our external story and press approach around product evolution - Partner with Finance, Analytics, and Data Science to define, measure, and report on success and opportunity areas ABOUT AUDIBLE Audible is the leading producer and provider of audio storytelling. We spark listeners' imaginations, offering immersive, cinematic experiences full of inspiration and insight to enrich our customers daily lives. We are a global company with an entrepreneurial spirit.

We are dreamers and inventors who are passionate about the positive impact Audible can make for our customers and our neighbors. This spirit courses throughout Audible, supporting a culture of creativity and inclusion built on our People Principles and our mission to build more equitable communities in the cities we call home.
