Position Overview

As an Audi Technician at Walter's Auto Group Ontario, youll play a vital role in maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing Audi vehicles to ensure superior performance and customer satisfaction. Your specialized knowledge and commitment to quality will be essential in delivering the high-standard service our customers expect.


General Responsibilities
  • Perform repairs specified on the repair order efficiently and according to dealership standards

  • Conduct test drives and utilize diagnostic tools and specialized service equipment to test components and systems

  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning

  • Communicate directly with the Service Advisor to advise customers on additional service needs and provide estimates for additional repairs

  • Complete warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications


Requirements
  • Experience: Audi experience preferred

  • Certifications: ASE certifications are ideal

  • Skills: Strong automotive background with excellent teamwork and communication skills

  • Driving Requirements: Must have held a valid drivers license for at least two years and have a clean driving record
