Independent Contractor Position (1099)

Position Overview

The Law Office of Carlos A. Medina, PLLC is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Personal Injury Attorney to serve as an Independent Contractor in Tucson, Arizona. This opportunity is ideal for a lawyer with at least five (5) years of personal injury experience who desires professional autonomy while working with an established plaintiff-focused law practice.

The contractor will manage personal injury matters from intake through settlement, mediation, arbitration, or trial, while providing exceptional client service and aggressive advocacy for injured individuals throughout Tucson, Arizona.

Service Area: Tucson, Arizona only.

    • Motions

    • Discovery requests and responses

    • Settlement conferences

Client Advocacy

  • Advise clients regarding legal rights and options

  • Negotiate with insurance carriers and defense counsel

  • Pursue maximum compensation for injured clients

  • Maintain high standards of professionalism and ethics

Business Development

  • Assist with client consultations and case evaluations

  • Foster referral relationships within the Tucson legal community
