Job description

The Executive Deal Lead collaborates across key stakeholders to develop a winning strategy to design a compliant and compelling solution to meet the customer's unique requirements. The role requires a strategic, technical thinker with a proven track record of rallying cross-functional teams towards a common, higher goal to serve a public sector customer, thus end-user citizens. The successful candidate will have project management expertise, industry acumen and extensive knowledge of the AT&T Business portfolio and processes.

What you'll do

  • Capture Management: Assists in qualifying opportunities and develops a game plan that outlines win strategies, key partners, and risk mitigation for the tactical pursuit of a bid solicitation.
  • Solution Development: Provides guidance in finalizing differentiated and optimal solutions based on customer requirements and collaborates with technical and operational teams to ensure effective implementation strategies.
  • Stakeholder Management: Provides total solution assurance across financial, technical, and operational towers of support. Demonstrates strategic autonomy leading significate projects, influencing executive decisions. Partners with key stakeholders to develop final proposal submission, negotiate contract approvals, assist with customer presentations, post-award implementation handoffs and RFP debriefs.
  • Industry Expertise & Continuous Improvement: Leverages in-depth knowledge of company products and industry expertise to creatively solve complex issues with professional expertise. Develops detailed documentation & collaborates with senior leadership and development teams to enhance processes to increase AT&T's long-term success. Operates with high integrity & ethics,

  • Bachelor's (BS/BA) or Master of Business (MBA) degree desired.
  • Certification in the area of project & proposal management is strongly valued, such Shipley, APMP, PMP, CAPM and/or PMI-ACP.
  • 5+ years of related professional experience.
