The Field Technical Support Technician provides advanced hardware expertise and technical support to field technicians. This role focuses on diagnostics, repair guidance, training support, and continuous improvement of field service capabilities.
This position reports to the Field Technical Support amp; Training Manager.
Key Responsibilities
  • Hardware Diagnostics amp; Support
  • Diagnose complex mechanical and electronic failures
  • Support advanced parts replacement and repairs

Field Technical Support
  • Provide technical guidance to field technicians
