Job description

Overview:
Deployment:
  1. Load USD image on 23 different ATM machines.
  2. Monitor behavior and report errors, wrong screen flows, beeping sounds, blank screens, reading ATM diagnostic screens
  3. ATM configuration
  4. Support QA with different ATM configuration settings.
  5. Loading fake cash, receipts, statement papers to ATM
  6. Request new IP Address for new ATM as required

Maintenance:
  1. Updating Configuration Repository database as per request from QA.
  2. Configure Cash dispenser, fix jams or reset various devices on ATM
  3. Maintain different code level on multiple Aconnex environment.
  4. Support Aconnex Crosscheck so QA can do their unit testing in house.
  5. Make sure crosscheck is always available and Script are running.

Triage:
  1. Troubleshoot when a transaction from the ATM is not working as in supposed to
  2. Send service request to NCR support when an issue cannot be resolved.
