Job description

Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Flatbed Die Cutter Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with flatbed die cutting equipment in a corrugated, packaging, or print production environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up, operate, and maintain flatbed die cutting machines
  • Ensure precision in cuts and product quality
  • Troubleshoot machine issues and make adjustments as needed
  • Inspect finished product for quality standards
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Work closely with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience operating flatbed die cutting machinery
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with cutting dies, press setup, and material handling
  • Ability to read job tickets, drawings, and production specs
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Pay rate based on experience.
