Senior MDM Architect with deep expertise in Ataccama, Data Governance, Data Quality, Enterprise Data Architecture, and Consulting. Proven ability to lead enterprise-wide MDM and Data Governance programs from strategy and requirements gathering through solution design, implementation, testing, and go-live support.

Strong experience defining master data strategies, governance frameworks, operating models, and MDM adoption roadmaps, while advising executive stakeholders on data strategy and digital transformation initiatives. Expertise in architecting and implementing enterprise MDM solutions using Ataccama and leading large-scale data management programs.

Your role :
 
  • Deep expertise in Ataccama MDM, Ataccama ONE, Data Governance, Data Quality (DQ), and Enterprise Data Architecture.
  • Lead end-to-end MDM and Data Governance programs from strategy, requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, testing, and go-live support.
  • Define enterprise master data strategies, governance frameworks, operating models, and MDM adoption roadmaps.
  • Provide Functional Architecture, Technical Architecture, Business Process Improvements, and Data Governance recommendations.
  • Design and implement scalable, integrated, and high-quality master data solutions using Ataccama.
  • Develop holistic architecture views across Business, Information, Application, and Technology domains.
  • Lead enterprise data integration, data quality, and data consistency initiatives across multiple platforms and projects.
  • Strong consulting and stakeholder management experience with C-level executives, VPs, Directors, and business leaders.
  • Conduct architecture workshops, executive presentations, whiteboard sessions, and create proposals/SOWs.
  • Advise clients on MDM, PIM, Data Governance, Data Quality, BI, and digital transformation best practices.
  • Lead onshore/offshore teams (5-25 members), driving architecture governance, risk mitigation, quality assurance, and knowledge transfer.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Technical & Platform Skills
  • Proven expertise in MDM Architecture and solution delivery.
  • Strong experience with Ataccama MDM (architected 2-3+ implementations) and Ataccama ONE including Data Governance and Data Quality (DQ).
  • 7-10+ years of experience in MDM, Data Governance, Data Warehousing, BI, and Enterprise Data Architecture.
  • 3+ years working with MDM platforms such as Ataccama, Informatica, Reltio, or IBM MDM.
  • Experience leading onsite and offshore teams.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Ataccama certification preferred.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is:$93,000 to 224,000.

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
