We are currently working with UConn Health at their UConn Health Community Health Medical Clinic in Canton, CT. They are seeking some ongoing Primary Care Locum coverage starting ASAP. Canton, CT

Primary Care:
• Seeking ongoing coverage starting ASAP (until perm found)
• Monday - Friday
• Hours: 8a-5p
• No weekends or Holidays
• Patient Load: 20 Patients per day
• Scope of practice: 20 min sick visits, follow ups, annual physicals, well child, low peds
• Potential Locums to Perm
• Must be Board Certified
• Must have active CT State license and DEA
• EMR: EPIC
