Key Responsibilities:

  • Be present during meal service periods and events.
  • Have a passion for wine
  • Train, evaluate, and coach the service team to enhance performance.
  • Participate in staff meetings to foster development and plan events.
  • Execute superior guest relations and service.
  • Act as a liaison for guests, ensuring their needs are met.
