As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the daily management of the restaurant. You will lead operations, develop your team, and ensure the highest standards of quality, service, and performance are consistently achieved.

Your Mission

  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members.
  • Drive restaurant performance by monitoring sales, labour costs, inventory, and key performance indicators.
  • Maintain Poulet Rouge standards for food quality, speed of service, and guest experience.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, cleanliness, and workplace safety standards.
  • Create schedules, oversee daily operations, and ensure smooth opening and closing procedures.
