In this hands-on role, you will work with industrial embroidery machines to produce heated blankets and wraps used in critical industries around the world.What You Will DoRun embroidery machines to make our productsLoad materials like fabric, thread, and wire into the machinesWatch the machines while they run to make sure everything is working correctlyCheck products during the process to catch mistakes or defectsFix simple issues like thread breaks or misalignmentClean and take care of machines to keep them runningFollow instructions and stay on scheduleKeep your work area clean, organized, and safeWork with your team to meet daily production goalsHelp in other areas when neededWhat We Are Looking ForDependable and ready to workComfortable working with machines or willing to learnDetail-oriented with a focus on quality and safetyBasic computer skills (data entry, following system prompts)Team player with a positive attitudeSchedule & Physical Requirements4 - day work week: Monday - Thursday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.Occasional overtime on Fridays and/or Saturdays as neededAbility to lift up 50 lbs and stand for extended periodsAbility to follow written and verbal instructions in EnglishPreferred QualificationsManufacturing, production, or machine operation experience experience is a plus, but not requiredHigh school diploma or trade school background is helpfulReady to build something that matters?
