You will work closely with store management and sales associates, performing expert alterations and adjustments to meet client needs. - Perform expert alterations on men's suits, shirts, coats, blazers, and trousers, including shortening/lengthening sleeves, tapering sides, lowering collars, adjusting trouser waist, and altering trouser length, thighs, and foot widths.
- Accurately mark garments and ensure all alterations meet the company's high standards for fit and finish.
- Collaborate with sales associates to ensure proper sizing and garment recommendations for customers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-functioning tailor shop, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
- Provide high-level customer service by delivering timely and precise alterations, contributing to an elevated in-store experience.
