Job description

Looking for a full-time job with consistent schedule and long weekends?

Thermon is hiring a Embroidery Machine Operator to join our team. In this hands-on role, you will work with industrial embroidery machines to produce heated blankets and wraps used in critical industries around the world.

What You Will Do

  • Run embroidery machines to make our products
  • Load materials like fabric, thread, and wire into the machines
  • Watch the machines while they run to make sure everything is working correctly
  • Check products during the process to catch mistakes or defects
  • Fix simple issues like thread breaks or misalignment
  • Clean and take care of machines to keep them running
  • Follow instructions and stay on schedule
  • Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
  • Work with your team to meet daily production goals
  • Help in other areas when needed

What We Are Looking For

  • Dependable and ready to work
  • Comfortable working with machines or willing to learn
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and safety
  • Basic computer skills (data entry, following system prompts)

Schedule & Physical Requirements

  • 4 - day work week: Monday - Thursday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
  • Occasional overtime on Fridays and/or Saturdays as needed
  • Ability to lift up 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English
Preferred Qualifications
  • Manufacturing, production, or machine operation experience experience is a plus, but not required
  • High school diploma or trade school background is helpful
