Looking for a full-time job with consistent schedule and long weekends?

Thermon is hiring a Embroidery Machine Operator to join our team. In this hands-on role, you will work with industrial embroidery machines to produce heated blankets and wraps used in critical industries around the world.

What You Will Do

  • Run embroidery machines to make our products
  • Load materials like fabric, thread, and wire into the machines
  • Watch the machines while they run to make sure everything is working correctly
  • Check products during the process to catch mistakes or defects
  • Fix simple issues like thread breaks or misalignment
  • Clean and take care of machines to keep them running
  • Follow instructions and stay on schedule
  • Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
  • Work with your team to meet daily production goals
  • Help in other areas when needed

What We Are Looking For

Schedule & Physical Requirements

  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English
