Duties:

As a LPN, you will work 1:1 with an individual in their home and support them with the following:

  • Adhere to the outlined care plan
  • Document tasks, observations and evaluate outcomes
  • Ensure quality care is delivered by creating, implementing, monitoring and enforcing quality assurance policies and procedures
  • Receive clinical direction and oversight from the staff RN
  • Assist with other duties as needed


Minimum Qualifications:

·      Current Georgia LPN license

·      Three (3) or more years nursing experience, preferably in personal care home industry
