Warrenton Woods is hiring a Weekend RN Supervisor to provide nursing leadership and support the care team on Saturdays and Sundays. This is a part-time position with 8-hour shifts. Every weekend is preferred, but we’re open to considering every other weekend.

This position also functions as a Weekend Unit Manager and is a great fit for an experienced RN with charge nurse, supervisor, or unit management experience. Pay is based on nursing and leadership experience. We also offer weekly pay with DailyPay available. The team can review the exact shift hours during the interview.

About the Weekend RN Supervisor Role

As the Weekend RN Supervisor, you’ll oversee nursing services, support the care team on the floor, and help ensure residents receive high-quality care throughout the weekend. You’ll work closely with nurses, CNAs, residents, families, physicians, and the Director of Nursing.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide nursing leadership and clinical support during assigned weekend shifts
• Coordinate resident care and make appropriate nursing assignments
• Direct and support nurses and certified nursing assistants
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and ensure appropriate follow-up
• Review nursing documentation for quality, accuracy, and completeness
• Support admissions, discharges, and resident transfers as needed
• Ensure physician orders, medications, and treatments are completed appropriately
• Respond to resident, family, staffing, and clinical concerns
• Communicate significant issues and weekend updates to the Director of Nursing
• Help ensure compliance with applicable regulations and facility policies

Required Qualifications

• A current, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in Georgia
• A nursing degree from an accredited nursing program
• At least two years of direct care experience in a long-term care, restorative, or geriatric setting
• At least one year of charge nurse, supervisory, or nursing management experience
• Current CPR certification
