• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, employing best practices to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of clients. Utilize tools and methodologies such as clinical interviews, psychological evaluations, and standardized assessment measures to gather vital information.
• Implement evidence-based psychotherapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care techniques. Your empathetic nature will help clients find resilience and renewed hope in their healing process.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records, adhering to HIPAA guidelines and other regulatory requirements. Your attention to detail will uphold the standards of professionalism and ethical practice that we are dedicated to as an organization.
• Engage in collaborative case discussions with an interdisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow therapists. This team-based approach encourages shared knowledge and creative solutions, directly benefiting client care.

You will work with a diverse range of clients facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Our clientele includes adults, adolescents, and families, all of whom have varying backgrounds and unique needs. Your role is not only to provide therapeutic interventions but also to empower clients to recognize their strengths and establish lasting wellness.

• Master's degree or doctoral degree from an accredited institution in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker - R Privilege (LCSW-R), or related credential within the state of New York.
• Solid grounding in solution-focused psychotherapy approaches, with a demonstrated ability to tailor interventions to the unique experiences of clients.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building therapeutic relationships that foster trust and engagement.
• A strong aptitude for problem-solving and critical thinking, helping clients to navigate complex emotional landscapes towards positive outcomes.
