As a mental health therapist at Alpine Health Solutions, you will work with a diverse client population. You will provide support for individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health concerns. • A current and valid license as a mental health professional (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or PsyD) is mandatory.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster trust and rapport with clients.
• A demonstrated ability to operate with empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Ideally, candidates will possess previous experience in a clinical setting with a focus on teletherapy services. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and telehealth technologies is highly desirable. Experience working in a fast-growing private practice will also be beneficial.

Alpine Health Solutions offers a competitive salary of USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload management.
