Transitions at Home is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and flexible Part-Time Non-Medical Caregiver Support Specialist to join our team in the Delavan area.
In this role, you will help ensure continuity of care for our clients by providing coverage for caregiver call-ins, paid time off (PTO), medical leaves, and other staffing needs. You will also assist with caregiver orientation and training while providing high-quality, non-medical personal care services to clients in the comfort of their own homes when needed.

As a Non-Medical Caregiver Support Specialist, you'll play a vital role in supporting both our clients and caregivers by helping maintain consistent, reliable care. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their workday, thrives in a team environment, and is passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

Hours: Part-Time - 20+ Hours a week
