Job description

The Auto Verifications Specialist supports the auto finance process by reviewing and validating customer and loan documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, customer-focused, and enjoys solving problems.
In the Role
  • Review and verify customer and loan documentation for accuracy and compliance
  • Resolve missing information by communicating with customers, dealerships, and internal partners
  • Research and resolve documentation discrepancies
  • Utilize internal systems to accurately process and maintain information
  • Deliver excellent service while collaborating with team members and business partners

Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1 year of customer service experience
  • Strong attention to detail, communication and organizational skills
  • Customer-focused with an investigative mindset and commitment to accuracy
  • Technical aptitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word

Preferred:
  • Experience in financial services, lending, automotive or document review
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

Location: On site in Tempe, AZ
Schedule: Hours of operation are Monday-Saturday 6a-8p AZ time (7a-9p Daylight Savings time). The schedule is 40 hours per week within hours of operation, which includes every other Saturday.
