Job description

Bookkeeper
Manufacturing company in Apex is looking for a Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day financial operations. Responsibilities include:
- Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), including invoicing, collections, and vendor payments
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and general ledger entries
- Process payroll and maintain related records
- Track job costing and expenses related to production and materials
- Maintain accurate financial records within the company's ERP system
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
- Prepare basic financial reports for management review
- Support the team with general administrative and accounting tasks as needed
Requirements:
- 2+ years of bookkeeping experience
- Experience with an ERP or accounting software system
- Solid working knowledge of AR/AP processes
- Experience with payrolling process
- Ability to work in office
Preferences:
- Experience in a manufacturing, machine shop, or industrial setting
