Your Home Assistant is looking for a compassionate, dependable, and flexible Client Support Specialist to join our team full time. This role is designed for caregivers who are adaptable and comfortable supporting multiple clients and care environments throughout the community.
The Client Support Specialist will provide coverage for open shifts, new client admissions, caregiver call-offs, and additional client support needs while maintaining excellent care and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
Provide hands-on personal care and companionship to clients
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, transfers, and mobility support
Prepare meals, complete light housekeeping, medication reminders, and errands
Travel to various client homes throughout the service area
Support emergency staffing needs and schedule gaps
Maintain accurate documentation and communication with office staff
Build positive relationships with clients and families
Adapt quickly to changing schedules and client needs
Qualifications:
Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred
CNA or related experience is a plus
Reliable transportation, valid driverโs license, and current auto insurance required
Ability to travel throughout assigned areas
Strong communication, reliability, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and professionally
Must pass background screening and onboarding requirements
Schedule:
Full-Time Position
Flexible availability required
Weekend and holiday availability may be needed based on client care needs
