As a Home Health Aide (HHA) with Right at Home Pasco, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.

Job Summary:
As a valued member of our care team, you will provide one-on-one care to clients in the comfort of their homes, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), personal care, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. We are actively hiring compassionate and dependable Caregivers, HHAs, and CNAs to join our growing home care team throughout Pasco County.

Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate, one-on-one care to clients in their homes
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, and hygiene
• Provide light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Assist with ambulation and transfer assistance
• Transport clients to appointments and errands
• Provide medication reminders as needed
• Offer companionship and emotional support

Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle
• Ability to pass drug screening, background check, and reference checks
• At least 1 year of experience with elderly or frail populations preferred
• Home care experience preferred
• Alzheimer's or dementia experience a plus
• CNA or HHA certification preferred but not required
