Job description

Description of the Role:
We are seeking dedicated Room Attendants to join our team at Best Western Aberdeen, SD. As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for our guests during their stay.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
  • Change bed linens and replace towels
  • Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards

Requirements:
  • No experience necessary, will train.
  • Must be willing to work most weekends.
  • Holiday pay and insurance options available.
  • Attention to detail and good time management skills
  • Ability to work with little supervision while maintaining high standards
  • Physical stamina and mobility including the ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects

Benefits:
Compensation: $14.00 per hour paid bi-weekly. A signing bonus will also be offered.
