Front Desk Clerk / Night Auditor – Now Hiring

We are hiring a friendly, dependable Front Desk Clerk / Night Auditor to join our team at Best Western, with locations in Bloomfield and Farmington. The ideal candidate must be willing to work at both properties as needed.

In this role, you will ensure a smooth guest experience from check-in to check-out, assist with reservations, complete nightly audits, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests and complete check-in and check-out professionally
  • Manage reservations, payments, and guest inquiries
  • Perform nightly audits and prepare daily reports
  • Answer phones and direct calls appropriately
  • Keep the front desk area organized and well-stocked
  • Cross-train in other departments to support overall hotel operations
