Job description

Daily rate for serving as a certificated substitute teacher (per school year):

  • Full Day - $140.00/day
  • Half Day - $70.00/day

Rate after covering the same assignment for a minimum of 20 consecutive school days (per school year):

  • $195.00/day


Being a substitute with Amphitheater Public Schools in no way constitutes an assurance of a minimum number of assignments.
Employment is strictly on an on-call, as-needed basis.


Position Details

    REQUIRED:

    • A valid Arizona teaching or substitute teaching certificate

    You must attach a copy of your certificate and fingerprint clearance card to be considered for this position.
