Assistant Project Manager โ€“ Avon, MA


Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional looking to grow your career in project management? Weโ€™re seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join a growing organization in Avon, MA.

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Assist with planning, coordinating, and managing projects from start to completion
  • Support project schedules, budgets, documentation, and timelines
  • Coordinate with customers, vendors, internal teams, and project stakeholders
  • Track project progress and help identify and resolve issues
  • Prepare project documentation, reports, and updates
  • Help ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and organizational support to the project management team

What Weโ€™re Looking For

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in project coordination, assistant project management or estimating IN construction, industrial services, heavy equipment, or crane & rigging - this is REQUIRED
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and follow-through
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree or equivalent experience preferred
