Job description

This is a posting for the following positions for:

Health Sciences Instructor  Alternate Route Endorsement 4125

The High School CTE Health Science (Medical-Nursing) Program prepares students for careers in healthcare by providing hands-on learning experiences and foundational knowledge in medical terminology, patient care, anatomy and physiology, infection control, and professional healthcare practices. Students develop critical skills through classroom instruction, lab-based activities, and real-world applications that promote teamwork, communication, and problem-solving. This program helps students build a strong pathway toward postsecondary education, industry certifications, and careers in nursing, allied health, and other medical professions.

Qualifications

  1. Possess or be willing to obtain the NJDOE CTE Instructional Certificate with appropriate endorsement.
  2. Possesses a Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a related field or evidence of employment history of 4 years (8,000 hours).
  3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  4. Ability to work with diverse populations.
  5. RN experience preferred

Salary Range:
