This executive leader will play a critical role in expanding access to mental health and substance use treatment services by developing strategic partnerships, strengthening referral networks, and identifying new opportunities that support our mission and long-term sustainability.If you are a collaborative leader with a passion for relationship building, healthcare strategy, and community impact, we invite you to join our executive leadership team.What You'll DoAs the Vice President of Business Development, you will:Develop and execute strategic business development initiatives that drive organizational growth and expand access to behavioral health services.Identify and cultivate new referral sources, payer partnerships, community collaborations, and service line expansion opportunities.Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, health systems, physicians, community organizations, employers, schools, courts, government agencies, and other key stakeholders.Analyze market trends, referral patterns, reimbursement opportunities, and competitive intelligence to guide strategic decision-making.Partner with executive leadership to establish growth priorities, revenue goals, and key performance metrics.Lead initiatives that increase referrals, improve admissions conversion, and enhance stakeholder satisfaction.Collaborate with clinical, operational, marketing, finance, and compliance leaders to ensure growth strategies support quality care and organizational objectives.Represent Community Health Alliance throughout the community by promoting our mission, services, and positive outcomes.Lead and develop business development, outreach, admissions, and marketing staff while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.Monitor business development performance through data, dashboards, and CRM reporting to evaluate outcomes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.RequiredBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Behavioral Health, Social Sciences, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in business development, strategic planning, healthcare operations, marketing, or relationship management.Demonstrated success developing referral networks, strategic partnerships, and growth initiatives.Strong analytical, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and data reporting tools.Valid driver's license with the ability to travel throughout the State of Ohio.PreferredExperience in behavioral health, mental health, or substance use treatment services.Experience working with healthcare reimbursement, payer relationships, and healthcare market analysis.Professional certification in healthcare, business development, marketing, or project management.Community Health Alliance is a leading provider of behavioral health and human services, delivering high-quality mental health and substance use treatment across a comprehensive continuum of care.
