What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as an Associate User Experience Designer, and why are they important?

To thrive as an Associate User Experience Designer, you need foundational skills in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design, typically supported by a degree in design or a related field. Familiarity with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping platforms is essential, and a basic understanding of HTML/CSS can be beneficial.
