ABOUT THE ROLE:

This roleis responsible forproviding administrative and operational support for the management of fiduciary accounts. The Associate Trust Administrator partners with Trust Administrators, Trust Officers, and internal teams to support account administration, ensureaccurateprocessing, and delivera consistentand compliant client experience.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

The responsibilities for this role are below; you may support projects of varying complexity based on skill and organizational priorities.

  • Client Service Support:Supports internal and external clients, including beneficiaries and advisors, responding to routineinquiriesandassistingwith account-related requests.

  • Account Maintenance:Maintainsclient account information, including updates to account records, statements, and client data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

  • Transaction Processing:Supports execution of account transactions, including cash movements, check processing, and account updates, following established procedures.

  • Account Monitoring:Monitorsaccountactivity for overdrafts and exceptions, escalating issues and supporting resolution tomaintainalignment with account requirements.

  • Account Lifecycle Support:Assistswith account openings, closings, and transfers, ensuring proper documentation, asset movement, and system setup.

  • Operational and Reporting Support:Prepares reports and gathers account data to support reviews, audits, and ongoing client servicing needs.

  • Documentation and Coordination:Coordinates documentation with internal teams, external partners, and tax preparers to support account administration.

  • Collaboration and Partnership:Works closely with Trust Administrators and Officers to support day-to-day account management and client servicing.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
