Treasury Support Specialist

Treasury Support Specialist Opportunity
We are seeking a detail-oriented Treasury Support Specialist to join a growing accounting and finance team in Carmel, Indiana. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in treasury operations, cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, banking operations, or accounting support who enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
The Treasury Support Specialist will play a key role in daily cash activities, banking transactions, account maintenance, and communication between internal departments and financial institutions.
Responsibilities
  • Process daily cash transactions, including deposits, wire transfers, and account transfers
  • Enter and maintain transactions within cash management and accounting systems
  • Communicate with banking partners and internal stakeholders regarding account activity
  • Set up and support online banking users and security access
  • Review, organize, and distribute bank statements
  • Monitor and communicate NSF activity and account notifications
  • Maintain accurate records of treasury and cash management transactions
  • Assist with account reconciliations and special projects as needed
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial procedures
Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred
  • Equivalent accounting experience will be considered
  • Treasury, banking, cash management, accounts payable, or accounts receivable experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of debits, credits, and cash transaction processing
  • Experience with wire transfers, ACH payments, and online banking platforms is a plus
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
