Summary: The Treasury Management Analyst works with clients and Centier Associates as a vital member of the sales team to coordinate Treasury Management sales opportunities, implementations and account maintenance. Additionally, the TM Analyst may work with small business referrals to qualify, advance, propose and implement TM services.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Attend sales calls, upon request, from other Commercial and Treasury Management Associates.
• Work closely with clients, Treasury Management Officers, Commercial, Business, and Retail Bankers and our internal departments to complete the set-up of Treasury Management products and services. This includes, but not limited to, the pre-implementation, implementation, and post-implementation of new client set-ups, revisions, or deletions to products and services.
• Monitor the status of active implementations to ensure setups are completed on time and accurately in accordance with client expectations.
• Maintain a high level of communication with clients and internal partners during the sales and implementation process.
• Review and study competitor bank statements to prepare sales presentations and to properly identify the Treasury Management solution(s) for the situation.
• Assist in preparing Treasury Management pricing/profitability models, proposals, RFP, and presentations.
• Communicate with customers by phone or email to effectively resolve questions, problems, or follow up regarding the implementation of Treasury Management services such as Business Banking Online, Remote Deposit Capture, ACH Services, Positive Pay, Lockbox Operations, Zero Balance Sweeps, Investment Sweeps and Line of Credit Sweeps.
• Conduct annual risk-related reviews on customers utilizing Remote Deposit Capture and ACH services.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Computer skills: Microsoft Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Customer service experience
• Ability to work well with others in a team environment
• Multi-task and work independently
• Detail and results oriented
• Able to prioritize and change direction quickly based on sense of urgency
• Travel as needed
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in TM
• 2+ years of banking experience; Treasury Management and/or payment technology sales.
• Customer service experience is required; previous banking experience, in sales, preferred
• Must be detail oriented, well-organized and can work independently and consistently
