Department: Treasury Management Operations Reports To: Commercial Loan Manager Supervises: None

Location: Evansville Region *Incumbent may be assigned and re-located to a branch within the Region as staffing and business initiatives dictate.
Hours: Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm *Over-time may be required if business and staffing needs dictate.
Position Summary
The Treasury Management Sales Support Specialist is responsible for supporting and servicing Treasury Management relationships and assisting with the overall functions of the Treasury Management area. This position supports the opening and maintenance of Treasury Management accounts, assists the Treasury Management sales team with day-to-day workflow, and contributes to Treasury Management growth objectives. The role is actively involved in daily client service, provides exceptional customer support, and is expected to remain knowledgeable regarding applicable BSA-related functions.
Education and Experience Requirements
โ€ข High school diploma or equivalent.
โ€ข Associate's degree in a business-related field is preferred but not required.
โ€ข Prior customer service experience.
โ€ข Prior experience in a sales-focused environment.
โ€ข Knowledge of banking products and services.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Treasury Management Client Support
โ€ข Provide overall support for Treasury Management clients, products, and services.
โ€ข Deliver exceptional and timely client service.
โ€ข Assist clients through the Treasury Management onboarding process.
โ€ข Train clients on Treasury Management products and services as necessary.
โ€ข Attend client and prospect meetings as needed.
Treasury Management Operations
โ€ข Support the daily operations of the Treasury Management area.
โ€ข Assist the Treasury Management sales team with day-to-day workflow.
โ€ข Prepare and complete Treasury Management documentation.
โ€ข File documentation into the bank's document repository.
โ€ข Perform account service and maintenance activities.
Product Knowledge and Sales Support
โ€ข Develop and maintain knowledge of First Federal's Treasury Management products and services.
โ€ข Support Treasury Management's growth objectives through responsive client service and sales support.
โ€ข Identify opportunities to cross-sell First Federal's products and services.
Cross-Functional Relationship Management
โ€ข Partner with Deposit Operations, Commercial Lending, Retail Banking, and other First Federal colleagues to support client needs and service delivery.
โ€ข Coordinate with internal teams to ensure Treasury Management accounts, documentation, and service requests are handled accurately and timely.
Compliance and Risk Awareness
โ€ข Remain knowledgeable of BSA-related functions applicable to the role.
โ€ข Support accurate account opening, account maintenance, documentation, and servicing activities consistent with bank procedures.
โ€ข Perform all other duties as assigned.
