Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator / Junior Project Manager to support the planning, execution, and delivery of projects across cross-functional teams. This role will be responsible for tracking project progress, preparing reports, and ensuring effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports using tools such as Jira, MS Project, Trello, or Asana
Track project milestones, risks, and deliverables to ensure timely completion
Prepare presentations and reports for stakeholders using Excel and PowerPoint
Facilitate communication and coordination across teams
Support project managers in day-to-day project activities and documentation
Required Qualifications:
Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience with project tracking and reporting
Ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams
