About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead medium to large-scale internal IT and business projects. This role is responsible for managing scope, schedule, budget, and risk while ensuring alignment with company goals and strategy. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong communication skills and a passion for process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage internal IT/business projects from initiation to completion
  • Develop and execute project work plans, adapting to changing needs
  • Coordinate resources and teams, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes
  • Manage project financials, including forecasting, budgeting, and reporting
  • Facilitate project reviews, audits, and executive status updates
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, sponsors, and team members
  • Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and on budget

Essential Functions:

  • Develop and maintain project communication plans (15%)
