Job description

Overview
Susquehanna is currently looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our Enterprise Technology team, located in our Philadelphia area headquarters. You will partner with technical and business teams across the firm to support a variety of technology related projects. These initiatives will primarily focus on our Infrastructure and DevOps environment.
In this role, you will
  • Partner with technologists and project teams to translate business requirements into creative and practical solutions
  • Elicit requirements using techniques such as interviews, design sessions, surveys and/or other techniques as needed; create functional specification documents
  • Manage tasks, projects and initiatives within assigned business areas/systems
  • Champion business process improvements and provide in depth analysis within technical and business areas

What we're looking for
  • 5+ years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst or Technical Project Management role, preferably within a software development environment.
  • Knowledge of SDLC models required
  • Previous experience working with data or systems integration across multiple teams required
  • Experience working with project tracking systems required; experience with Atlassian tools preferred
  • Interest to work on a wide variety of projects and ability to manage multiple priorities at one time
  • Willingness and capacity to learn new technologies in an unfamiliar environment
  • Strong analytical/problem solving and project reporting skills
  • Knowledge of scripting or programming languages preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline
