Responsibilities
  • Project Delivery: Ensure end-to-end delivery of technical projects including requirements gathering, milestone planning, technical solutioning, documentation, execution, and final delivery.
  • Client-facing Lead: Act as the main point of contact for client-facing technical projects, helping to set expectations around scope and timeline and re-prioritizing as needed.
  • Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate across internal teams (Engineering, Content, Ops/DevOps, Deployment etc.) and client teams to coordinate seamless execution.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify risks early, create mitigation strategies, and resolve project roadblocks with minimal impact.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain transparent communication with internal and external stakeholders, keeping them informed of progress and challenges.
  • Tooling & Reporting: Leverage Jira, Confluence, and Asana project dashboards to provide project visibility and performance tracking.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in project delivery processes to drive continuous improvement and scalability

Qualifications

Required:

  • 5+ years of experience in project or program management, with technical or digital project experience.
  • Technical background or understanding of software engineering, infrastructure, and software deployment practices.
  • Strong experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Strong experience with Jira, Confluence, and other Agile project tools.
  • Proven ability to manage distributed and cross-functional teams.

Preferred:

  • Experience in QSR, digital signage, or retail technology industries.
  • Familiarity with Content Management platforms.
  • Experience with API-based software integrations.

Salary

  • $105,600 - $120,000 a year

Full Salary Range: $105,600/year (minimum), $112,800/year (midpoint), $120,000/ (maximum).

Pay is based on relevant experience, skills, education, internal equity, and market data. Well-qualified candidates can generally expect offers around the midpoint. Candidates who meet the minimum qualifications but have more limited directly relevant experience for this specific role are typically placed nearer the minimum, while highly experienced candidates with strong role alignment may be placed closer to the maximum.
