Job description

Compensation Range: 90000.00 Technical Project Manager Location: Daleville, VA Company: Munters Corporation Lead Projects. Drive Change. Make an Impact.

What You'll Do

Lead multiple technical and operational projects from initiation through completion. Build project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and success measures. Coordinate cross-functional teams and keep projects moving forward. Identify risks, issues, dependencies, and resource challenges and drive solutions. Track project progress and communicate updates to leadership. Use data and root-cause analysis to identify opportunities and measure results. Support process improvements involving quality, throughput, material availability, production planning, lead times, and on-time delivery. Coordinate testing, training, documentation, implementation, and project handoffs. Help establish consistent project-management and continuous-improvement practices across the organization.

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Operations, Business, Supply Chain, Technical Management, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • 5+ years of experience managing cross-functional technical, manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, or business-improvement projects.
  • Strong understanding of formal project-management practices, including scheduling, risk management, scope, stakeholder management, and reporting.
  • Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and follow-through skills.
  • Ability to influence and lead teams without direct authority.
  • Comfortable working through ambiguity and changing priorities.
  • Experience with tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Planner, Excel, Power BI, Jira, or similar platforms.
  • PMP certification is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Agile, Scrum, or other continuous-improvement methodologies is a plus.
  • Experience in industrial manufacturing, engineered products, HVAC/cooling systems, data center infrastructure, or complex supply chains is highly desirable.
