The ideal candidate will be able to clearly create and articulate the value proposition of highly technical offerings for internal best practices, educational content and external vendor management. The Associate Director can help define our roadmap, team priorities, and lead content that directly influences all agencies and clients in the US.

Responsibilities

The Associate Director role will partner across PMX, Publicis Groupe & the technology partners. The role responsibilities are inclusive of:

  • Deep understanding and technological expertise of the evolving AI Landscape
  • Identify key areas of business needs and cultivate deep technical expertise about the programmatic marketplace, the digital media industry, marketers, AI capabilities & offerings.
  • Provide advisory support for cross-agency and PMX audiences.
  • Lead marketplace research, cross-team collaboration and thought leadership content creation, 101-201 playbooks, and Competitive Comparison Matrices to support agency teams and client requests.
  • Experience creating and launching new service offerings or products, especially within AI search, contextual or creative platforms.
  • Lead technology partner meetings and coordinate deliverables
  • Strategically lead Verified projects autonomously and proactively identify new opportunities that align to business needs.
  • Present thought leadership content pieces to internal audiences and externally to clients and partners.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and advise on the use of emerging channels and use cases across the evolution of AI offerings

Contributes to the development and documentation of AI best practices across Publicis agencies and Precision teams.

  • Enthusiasm and desire to develop innovative AI strategies with the understanding that they will evolve and change as the AI landscape evolves
  • Industry Knowledge: deep understanding of key media trends, marketplace evolutions, and technology partners in the digital media industry.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to coordinate projects across multiple teams and functions
  • Possess confidence, composure, and polished presentation skills to effectively attend and lead meetings
  • Demonstrated knowledge of media agencies, advertising and marketing technology
  • Cross-functional collaboration, detail orientation, project management, and research skills.
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
  • High competency level in MS Office with specific strengths in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Able to work independently and balance multiple tasks with delivery to different stakeholders
