About This Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Toddler Teacher to join our early childhood education team in Oshkosh, WI. In this role, you will create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children aged 1 to 3 years can explore, learn, and grow. You will design age-appropriate activities, foster social-emotional development, and maintain open communication with families to support each child's unique developmental milestones.


What You'll Do
  • Plan and implement daily lesson plans that promote physical, cognitive, and social development.
  • Provide attentive care, including monitoring playtime, facilitating meals, and assisting with diapering and toilet training.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment that meets state licensing regulations.
  • Observe and document individual student progress to share with parents during regular updates and conferences.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 80 hours of approved early childhood training or equivalent coursework.
  • Completion of infant and toddler development training within standard state timelines.
  • Current CPR and First Aid certifications, or willingness to obtain them upon hire.
  • Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and fingerprinting process.

Nice To Haves
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • Valid Child Development Associate (CDA) credential.
  • One or more years of experience working specifically with toddlers in a licensed childcare facility.
  • Knowledge of Wisconsin Registry career levels and licensing requirements.
