Responsibilities for the Systems Analyst role include but are not limited to:

  • Provide oversight of deployments, enhancements, and process changes

  • Coordinate, investigate, and resolve production support issues across systems

  • Support system upgrades, acquisitions, and technology expansions, including legacy system integrations

  • Ensure systems remain secure and compliant, maintaining a strong cybersecurity posture

  • Drive process improvements and optimization initiatives, including recommending system enhancements or replacements

  • Continuously expand skillset in line with evolving technologies and business needs

  • Lead and coordinate offshore technical team

  • Ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on time

  • Provide direction, oversight, and quality control

  • Work effectively across diverse stakeholder groups, including: Business users (finance, procurement, etc.), Technical teams, External/3rd-party partners

  • Demonstrate strong ownership and accountability

  • Proactively identify issues

  • Catch and correct errors early
