Branch Manager Job Description and Responsibilities

Innovated Staffing LLC, is a Staffing firm that specializes in the Light-Industrial and Customer Service fields. Innovated Staffing LLC, is always seeking driven and talented managers who can provide leadership, mentorship, and growth to our internal talent.


Responsibilities of the Branch Manager

The Branch Manager is accountable for both personal and team production to achieve set goals by Innovated Staffing LLC. Management functions include but are not limited to hiring, training, coaching, mentoring, and encouraging internal staff and sales team to achieve their success. Additional activities include networking in the community organizations and events; Maintaining an effective candidate and client referral program, as well as being available for additional duties assigned by Management.

Success will be measured by driving personal production and production of the sales and recruitment teams. Leadership development training will be provided by profiles to the ideal candidates.

Core Responsibilities:

● Establish focused development and recruiting for the team.

● Execute client visits at the senior and employee levels to ensure customer satisfaction

● Implement touch plans for self and the team to ensure candidates, employees, and clients' retention.

● Participate actively in professional networking organizations to reach prospects

● Manage and meet set goals regarding operations, revenue, and recruiting reports weekly

● Establish and maintain good public relations and networking within the community to develop new business

● Report all operations of the office to the direct manager daily and weekly to show improvement

● Ensure all company policies and procedures are being followed at all times

● Uphold company standards and processes

● Increase the branch data by bringing new talent, employees, and clients

● Increase and surpass the branch revenue

● Actively participate in training, coaching, and monitoring the team, clients, and field associates.

● Actively participate in Core meetings to provide ideas, implementations, and be part of the decision-making team

● Handle and support in the resolution of escalated issues with the team, field associates, clients, and management

● Complete performance reviews on all team members and hold a meeting with the individual to discuss work performances

● Work together with HR and Upper Management


Branch Location: Glendale, AZ (must have reliable transportation)
Requirements:

  • Bilingual (English & Spanish)
  • Must have 2 years of experience as an assistant manager in the recruiting industry
  • Must be authorized to work in the US
  • Must pass a background check
  • Must be able to travel
  • Must be reliable
